Kersten Fischer has been helping families with food intolerances for 20 years. Specialising in supporting mums, with severe food restrictions: free from gluten, dairy, egg, nut, soy, corn, sugar and low in both salicylates and amines. 18 years ago she launched her first cook book and currently has seven books available. She used to run cooking classes in Sydney and travelled throughout Australia, bringing the learning to you. You will find her helping on several Facebook forums... sharing her experiences with other mums trying to feed their children. 
Her motto is to love your food, no matter how restricted...

Spreading her wings in 2025, Kersten is now offering support to neurodivergent mums and children in the Blue Mountains with administration, bookkeeping, diary management, organisation, fine motor skills, craft, play and menu planning.
