Kersten Chapman has been helping
families with food intolerances for 17 years. Specialising in supporting mums,
with severe food restrictions: free from gluten, dairy, egg, nut, soy, corn,
sugar and low in both salicylates and amines. Just over two years ago she launched
her first cook book and currently has four books available.
She runs cooking classes each term in Sydney and travels throughout
Australia, bringing the learning to you. You will find her helping
on several Facebook forums... sharing her experiences with other mums trying
to feed their children. She is available as a guest speaker at events and has
spoken at both church and schools.
